1. Group A (gas facility operators): Entities that operate and maintain networks and facilities in residential buildings and housing estates for the provision of gas services.

2. Group B (non-residential clients): Clients who do not belong to other groups or who are of a public or non-profit nature, especially public departments or autonomous entities of Macau SAR, non-profit hospitals and schools, and legal entities of administrative public utility.

3. Group C (key clients): Clients with an average monthly gas consumption of 20,000 cubic meters or more agreed in the gas contract.

4. Group D (special clients): Clients to whom natural gas is supplied through high-pressure pipelines in the transmission and distribution network
