Safe
Natural gas is lighter than air, with a relative density of 0.78. It is easy to disperse and can float up with the air if there is a slight leakage. It is not easy to accumulate into an explosive concentration. With an ignition point of 650 °C and an explosion limit of 5%-15%, higher than the lower limit of LPG explosion limit (1.5%-9.5%), natural gas is safer than many other fuels.
Low-carbon and eco-friendly
Natural gas is a clean source of energy, colorless, odorless, non-toxic and non-corrosive. When it is burned, it is turned into carbon dioxide and water. Compared to coal, fuel oil and LPG, its emission is much lower of greenhouse gases, sulfides, PM2.5 and other pollutants, which is why it could fundamentally improve the environment quality.
Easy to access
Natural gas is delivered to families directly through pipelines, which does not require storage or occupy space. It is very easy to access by just switching on the valve. By adopting N-1 annular pipeline connection scheme and SDR11 PE100 polyethylene pipes, and equipped with advanced SCADA and GIS systems, we ensure a stable supply of natural gas.
Economical
Compared to other primary energy sources, the price of natural gas is regulated by the government, relatively stable and lower. Compared to other fuels, the application of natural gas requires lower construction cost, small footprint and no storage space. In addition, because natural gas is clean, it can prolong the service life of gas appliances and is also helpful for users to reduce maintenance expenses.
